A little glamour goes a long way. And, last night Samanage enjoyed a night on the town at the SIIA CODiE award ceremony in San Francisco. It felt like the Oscars of technology as we were surrounded by our software and business technology peers with some of the most innovative products on the market. Like any good nominee, we were just happy to be grouped with the likes of EasyVista and PagerDuty. But, we internally screamed at the highlight of our night when we were announced the 2017 best IT service management solution!
With this win Samanage Service Desk was recognized as one of the most innovative businesses technology products across the country, and around the world. Our customers have always seen us as the best IT service management solution, with hundreds of reviews across Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, and G2Crowd. We all know happy employees are the most productive, right? As the smartest service desk solution, we are excited to inspire our users to provide internal services in new and innovative ways that not only drive productivity, but helps their employees get their work done.
This is the third year in a row that Samanage has been honored by the SIIA CODiE awards. We were named a finalist for best IT service management solution in 2015 and won the award for best IT asset management solution in 2016.
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry’s only peer-reviewed awards program. The first-round review of all nominees is conducted by software and business technology experts, including members of the industry, analysts, media, bloggers, bankers and investors. The scores from the expert judge review determine the finalists.
