We were honored to be a part of Capterra’s Reviews Madness this year. The tournament paired us in brackets against some of the best in the software industry, and we were excited to come in second. While we may not have won the whole thing, we walked away feeling like winners thanks to the influx of support we got from our customers.
Thanks to the kind reviews of our users, we now have a total of 165 reviews on our page (and growing)! Over the course of Reviews Madness, we received over 130 reviews from our customers, landing us the second place spot of the most reviewed Help Desk products on Capterra. Even with the influx of new reviews, we were thrilled to maintain a 4.5 star average in the “Overall” and “Ease of Use” categories. And, even more amazing was that our rating in the “Customer Service” category continues to average 5 stars!
