Customer Satisfaction Survey Frequency
Now you can better control the frequency of customer satisfaction surveys sent to your users. For example, limit the number of emails to once a day, one every 3 days or one every week. This means that even if your user opens a request every day, only one satisfaction email will get sent when the incident is resolved.
In addition you can control the delay of customer satisfaction surveys and when they are sent – immediately after the incident is resolved, after a day etc.

Approval Requests Via Emails
Now when an approval request is sent to an approver of changes or releases, the approving user can respond to the request via email.
