You can now view any email that is sent from your SAManage account and track its history and engagement, as well as detailed deliverability information. This makes it easier to view how your users engage with your service desk emails, which emails are opened and clicked, and troubleshoot emails that are not arriving at their destination. This makes it easier to troubleshoot bounced and dropped emails and take any corrective action.
To access your email deliverability log, navigate to setup -> email log:
