Many of our users use a global service desk address (such as firstname.lastname@example.org) and forward all inbound emails to their SAManage dropbox. Now with the new “Reply Email Address”, you have the ability to personalize the email-from address used in all your SAManage email notifications.
To activate the Reply Email Address, navigate to your setup->email section and enter a value in the “Reply Email Address” area. That value is used in your SAManage email notifications, and should typically be your global service desk email address (e.g. email@example.com).
