We know it can be tedious to individually update custom fields across the Samanage app, so to make your life easier we’ve just added the ability to do a mass update of custom fields.

Assuming you have defined a few custom fields, you will now see them when you choose “update.”
You can then choose the values to be filled in when you update:
Once updated, you will see the values populated in the selected incidents:
