Chuck Norris celebrated his 75th birthday this week. He’s known for his pure awesomeness and ability to conquer any issue with barely the lift of a finger. In our industry, we know that the “IT guy” is the person we go to for all of our complicated (or not so much) technical questions. And, the IT service desk is always quick on their toes, ready to destroy our technical foe.
So, we took a break from practicing our roundhouse kicks to think about what kind of IT service desk guy Mr. Norris would be.
