Samanage conducted a study of nearly 3,000 U.S. working adults, finding that an average of 520 hours a year (one entire day a week!) is spent on boring, often repetitive, services and tasks. Why is this a big deal? These are services and tasks that could (and should) be automated. From password resets to new employee onboarding, on average businesses are losing $13,202.80 a year, per employee. The U.S. labor force is made up of more than 140 million, so that means there is a collective loss of $1.8 trillion annually. WHOA!
